FIRE Property Group offers property management, short-term stays, and rental accommodation services. Our internal Tasker App is used by our team members to manage tasks efficiently through AI automation and Google Calendar integration.
3. Tasker App Usage
The Tasker App is designed for internal use by authorized employees and contractors of FIRE Property Group only. By using the Tasker App, you agree to:
- Use the app solely for work-related tasks and internal processes.
- Refrain from sharing login credentials with unauthorized personnel.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding data security and confidential information.
4. Google Calendar Integration
The Tasker App integrates with Google Calendar to automate and schedule internal tasks. By using this feature, you agree that:
- The app may access and modify calendar events to ensure accurate task scheduling.
- Any misuse of Google Calendar integration, such as unauthorized changes, is strictly prohibited.
5. Data Privacy and Security
- All data entered into the Tasker App is stored securely and accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Employees must comply with the company’s Privacy Policy and maintain confidentiality when handling customer or business data.
6. Employee Responsibilities
All employees using the Tasker App are expected to:
- Complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Notify management of any issues, bugs, or security concerns related to the Tasker App.
- Avoid entering sensitive customer information directly into the Tasker App unless authorized.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and technology (including the Tasker App) provided by FIRE Property Group remain the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Termination of Access
FIRE Property Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Tasker App or any of its services for violations of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to our operations or security.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to ensure smooth functionality, FIRE Property Group is not responsible for technical issues, data loss, or disruptions caused by third-party integrations such as Google Calendar.
